This is such a lovely blend. I was a bit hesitant upon seeing the fennel and rosemary (2 flavors I don't love when they're overpowering) but I needn't have worried. The ginger is most forward here, though not overpowering, with that nice addition of lemongrass and mint. A really well-balanced soothing cup, and a perfect after dinner tea!
