Jamaica Blend No. 49 is a wonderful rooibos (pronounced roy-bose) blend that takes advantage of the earthy, fruity notes of red rooibos (#48). While the citrusy, earthy complexity of our signature red rooibos blend is delicious, what truly makes this blend is the addition of honeybush, hibiscus, lemongrass, rose hips, clove, mandarin orange, tangerine, peach, and licorice root.

The combination of these many additions develops an evolving, surprisingly complex tea whose fruitiness is balanced by the depth of the licorice, hibiscus, and lemongrass.

Jamaica Blend No. 49 is excellent when hot (try it with honey!), though it shines equally as well when iced down and on the go.
