Ingredients:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and tea leaves.
Gradually mix in the flour until the dough comes together.
Roll the dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
Slice into rounds and bake for 10-12 minutes.
2. Matcha Green Tea Pancakes
Start your morning with a vibrant, antioxidant-packed twist on a classic breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, matcha powder, sugar, and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and vanilla. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
