Matcha 101
Matcha is a centuries-old tradition that brings both wellness and mindfulness into your daily life. Whether you enjoy it straight, as a latte, or in recipes, this vibrant green elixir is a delicious way to elevate your tea experience.

What is Matcha?
Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder made from shade-grown tea leaves. Unlike traditional teas that are steeped and discarded, matcha is whisked into water, allowing you to consume the entire leaf and maximize its nutritional benefits.
Benefits of Drinking Matcha
Sustained Energy & Focus: The combination of caffeine and L-theanine provides a steady energy boost without the jitters of coffee. L-theanine promotes relaxation and mental clarity, making matcha a favorite among meditators and students alike.
Rich in Antioxidants: Matcha is packed with catechins, particularly EGCG, which supports overall health and immune function.
Boosts Metabolism: Some studies suggest matcha can help support metabolic health.
