A truly unique tea, this oolong is paired with dried bergamot for a surprising twist on traditional earl grey teas. Regarded as our first savory tea, this Taiwanese oolong has a sour flavor that compliments the aroma experienced well. 

Recommended steeping time is 3 minutes. Second infusions have a lighter aroma but are still quite powerful in flavor. This tea is definitely one to try.
