Allergy Blend

Allergy Blend No. 101 is designed for precisely what its name would lead you to think — allergy season!

This all-organic herbal blend combines the bright, citrusy notes of lemon balm and lemongrass with the refreshing punch of spearmint. For effect (and their deliciously herbaceous flavors), we combined yerba santa, nettle leaf, and calendula, adding a smattering of lavender and stevia for a sweet, floral final touch.

Normally, we’d recommend this tea with a touch of local honey for taste — it highlights the citrusy, floral notes without drowning its more herbal flavors. Add in the fact that local honey helps combat allergies, though, and it becomes a must.
