Green Puer No. 73 is the lightest of our puer (fermented) teas. Whereas many of our puers lean toward the earthier side of flavor profiles, Green Puer is far more gentle. It blends the slightly buttery mouthfeel and deep, slightly savory taste so common to puer teas with the refreshing, vegetal flavor of green tea.
While it’s difficult to explain to someone that’s never tried a fermented tea, the unique puer-y flavor is truly special. It pairs with sweeteners, cream, and non-dairy alternatives alike, though when plain, it makes for an excellent accompaniment to savory meals. .
