As the name may imply, Mint & Green Chai No. 33 uses some unique ingredients; peppermint, black pepper, fennel, clove, and cardamom combine to create a savory, warming brew that’s unlike just about anything else you’ve tasted previously. In contrast to most chai, Mint & Green Chai (#33) uses a green tea base.

This results in a grassy, herbaceous base flavor profile that’s perfectly complimented by the delicate notes of licorice and mint that eek their way through. The spiciness of the black pepper and ginger helps build layers of umami, creating a shockingly refreshing brew of perfect green chai.

Mint & Green Chai No. 33 pairs perfectly with many non-dairy cream alternatives, such as oat milk, due to their slightly grassy, earthy flavors and creamy texture (though classic cream is also an excellent option).
