Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you have an amazing tea experience, each and every time. So if you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges include clearance items, special promotions, or sale items.

How to Return a Package

  1. Just send us an email (click here)
  2. Let us know what item(s) are being returned
  3. Note whether you want to return or exchange
  4. For exchanges, let us know what item you'd like exchanged
  5. Include original receipt in package

Customers are responsible for return postage, but Tea Chai Té will pay to ship replacements/exchanges.

Incomplete, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrived incomplete, damaged, or with the wrong items, please let us know by sending us an email (click here). Include as much information as possible so we can get things fixed up for you as quickly as possible.
